National Science Teachers Association conference

October 24, 2012Written by pgEd

pgEd had a wonderful time meeting with teachers from Kentucky, Indiana, Ohio and beyond at the NSTA regional meeting in Louisville, KY last week. In her workshop, Lauren presented the pgEd curriculum and led a great discussion about the “big ideas’ in personal genetics and strategies for teaching students. It was pgEd’s first trip to Louisville (and Lauren’s) and wonderful to work with teachers there. Dana will be in Atlanta on November 1st to conduct a workshop at the NSTA regional conference there and is looking forward to more stimulating conversations!
