Accompanied by her daughter, Marie, Ting visited with Sandra Buffington and Kate Folb at Hollywood, Health, and Society in Beverly Hills, California and then met the rest of the staff. HH&S is a program at the USC Annenberg Norman Lear Center that “provides entertainment industry professionals with accurate and timely information for health storylines.” During that visit on March 1st, the four of them consulted by teleconference on a episode in production and discussed future plans for the cooperative work between pgEd and HH&S. Much to be done, but the prognosis looks good!
