Robin will be moderating a webinar hosted by the National Science Teaching Association (NSTA) that introduces educators to updated pedigree nomenclature that is inclusive of sex and gender diversity. Teachers will learn how to make their classrooms more inclusive and welcoming for all students by using new guidelines for representing diverse family structures and personal identities on pedigree charts.
