PGED is excited to be working with the leaders of the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee of the Genomics Education Partnership (GEP), Dr. Vida Mingo (Columbia College) and Dr. Alma Rodriguez Estrada (Aurora University). Together, we will be co-presenting a workshop at The Allied Genetics Conference focused on challenges, opportunities, and experiences in integrating genetics-and-society issues into undergraduate courses, using sickle cell as a case study.
