NSTA-Atlanta: Dana’s talk is cancelled due to travel problems!

November 1, 2012Written by pgEd

Due to travel difficulties from the northeast, I could not get a flight down to Atlanta for the NSTA regional meeting.  Many thanks to the NSTA’s Linda Crossly for all her help in dealing with what ultimately came down to having to cancel my session on Personal Genetics. All the lesson plans are here.

In the workshop, I was going to highlight some of pgEd’s lesson plans, share some of our experiences from the classroom, and offer support to and seek collaborations with interested teachers. So, all of those offers still stand!  If you were planning to be at my session, I am sorry to miss you. Drop me a line at dwaring@pged.med.harvard.edu and we can connect via phone, email, Skype, etc.  Best wishes to all our friends and colleagues dealing with the aftermath of Hurricane Sandy.
