pgEd is excited to bring you our latest lesson plan: ‘How Does Ancestry Testing Work?‘. This lesson explores the science of genetic ancestry testing as well as the impacts direct-to-consumer ancestry tests can have on people’s understanding of their familial and cultural identity.

We wrote this lesson so it can be used in the classroom, as a distance-learning assignment, and as a resource for anyone who is interested to learn more about this topic.
