Science Communication and Education at the Intersection of Genetics and Justice – Boston, MA

Marnie is excited to collaborate with Boston University professor and author Shoumita Dasgupta and Associate Vice President of Education Jeanne Chowning (Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center) on a workshop on “Science Communication and Education at the Intersection of Genetics and Justice.” The workshop will be part of the 2025 annual meeting of the American Association for the Advancement of Science (AAAS), which will take place in Boston and will center the theme of “Science Shaping Tomorrow.” Marnie is looking forward to sharing PGED’s perspectives on bridging science and society using conversation as a tool for fostering engagement and empowerment.
