Robin will be a guest speaker as part of Boston Day & Evening Academy’s “Project Month”, sparking students’ interest in topics related to genetics.
Robin will be returning to Boston Day & Evening Academy to lead students in the BDEA 2.0 program through an activity related to DNA, crime, and law enforcement.
The BioTech STEM Expo at Roberto Clemente Middle School will introduce and excite students about the fields and career opportunities in Biotech and Health, providing students the opportunity to see, touch, and experience the field. The format is a booth style where students will go from booth to booth to participate in the activities.
Nadine will meet with a group of middle school students who are doing an internship at Harvard Medical School around the question “How do Scientists and Health Professionals Solve Problems”. She will join them to explore the science of genome editing and the social and ethical implications of this technology.
